Reporting issues

Our new reporting portal My Wyre Forest will enable to you to report issues and keep track of the progress of your reports. Find out more about My Wyre Forest.

Our online mapping system allows you to find information on a range of our services.

Please note you will need to have pop-ups enabled.

On a desktop 

  1. Click on the service name on the left hand side to start
  2. Search for location by street or postcode
  3. Drag and drop the pin to the right location
  4. Click confirm location

On a mobile

  1. Click on the 3 dots in the bottom right to start
  2. Search for location by street or postcode
  3. Drag and drop the pin to the right location
  4. Click confirm location
