Black bin

We’re sorry if we were unable to empty your rubbish bin this week. This is because we have fewer crews as some of our colleagues are self-isolating.

Despite the unprecedented circumstances, we have been able to empty more than 85% of bins this week.

If we didn’t reach you on your usual collection day, please leave your bin out and we will get to you as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding.

Green bin

If we didn't collect your green bin last week (Tuesday 30 March - Friday 2 April), we will collect it on your next scheduled recycling collection date and take any recycling. Thank you.
